There’s this stray dog in my neighbourhood I call him Shawn He’s pure black, and purely beautiful to me But there’s also another stray dog in my neighbourhood I call him Gean He’s pure black, and purely ugly to me Gean is less of a dog, more of a wolf Less of a wolf, more of a lion A wolf would kill A lion would terrorise Gean terrorises Shawn (I think he haunts him too) Every night Shawn sleeps under a car Every morning Shawn wakes to the sight of fierce eyes The purpose of Gean’s life is to torture Shawn A hundred times each day Shawn curses his mere existence You can hear him cry He shrieks and shrieks The other dogs are indifferent Because who stands with the weak?
P.S. Okay, I spell Gian as Gean because it seems better with an ‘e’, I don’t know how it’s spelled smh. Anyway, I’m a HUGE animal lover. Sadly, our Simba doesn’t have a Nala, because there’s no bitch potentially as cool as Queen Bey.
And why am I posting this on a blog on feminism? Well, feminism is more than uplifting women. It’s uplifting men, too. Some guys, especially in teenage, are overcome with an ‘inferior’ feeling, which is shit, because everyone is absolutely amazing. You be your fearless self, you’ll get plenty of Gean’s in your life, but just remember that you are far beyond someone who hides under a car🖤
